My rate for flash tattoos is $75 per hour.
I don’t repeat flash unless otherwise stated, but I’m willing to modify taken flash to create a new design!

Free hand tattoos are drawn directly on your skin at the appointment! I usually prefer this method for adding fillers to sleeves, making ideal shapes to fit parts of your body, or for body contouring.

This type of tattoo session is my way to offer a spiritual and ritualistic experience, in a way that nurtures growth and bringing you closer to yourself.
The session begins with a short meditation to tap into your energy field. Then I perform an oracle reading, and create a design by combining imagery from the cards. We will work together to place the tattoo where we both feel brings the most power and healing to your physical form.

I’m Light Rae, I use it/she pronouns, and I’m a licensed tattoo artist working in a private studio in northeast Salem, OR.
I have been tattooing for 7 years and offer machine and hand-poke tattoos in flash, custom, and freehand designs. I am trauma-informed and I have experience working with a wide variety of body types, skin tones, and accessibility needs, and my practice is heavily focused on catering to folks whose needs and experiences are largely ignored by many tattoo artists. The memory of your session(s) will last a lifetime, and I want to provide a space that upon reflection brings as much joy as the tattoo you leave my studio with.
